Music videos have been a passion of mine since I was younger. I love the ability to tell a story through music. Here is a music video I directed & produced for Cycle for Survival. Utilizing one of their talented nurses at Memorial Sloan Kettering, we recorded a cover of Andra Day's "Rise Up" and then shot performances on a deck at the hospital. We added footage from Cycle for Survival's first event since the pandemic began. All footage was shot in New York while I was in California.
Virtual panel discussions became a very popular form of content during the pandemic. Here's a panel I directed on StreamYard for WonderCon and the non-profit organization SIPA (Search To Involve Pilipino Americans) featuring three Filipino Voice Over actors featured in cartoons like Avatar: The Last Airbender, Space Jam and Steven Universe.
If you are putting on a corporate event or party and only need someone to call powerpoint cues and tape rolls I've had experience in that realm as well, most recently on The Queerties in 2022 held at Eden in Hollywood, California. Awards were given out to industry standouts in the LGBTQ+ community.
Live television is where I've done most of my work. In college, I directed live music concerts and professional wrestling shows and throughout the years I've had opportunities to be Associate Director for bigger projects for YouTube and most recently the Blue Origin rocket company where I've served as Associate Director for two broadcasts including First Human Flight, which aired on Amazon Prime Video which saw Amazon founder Jeff Bezos go to space.
The last seven years when not working on big network events, I've been working on my passion project, The School of Hard Knocks. A documentary about where I got my start, the independent professional wrestling scene. It's where I produced my first show and this film tells the history of that organization and its leader. The film is almost complete and I'm hoping to share it late 2022.
